Mark Campion

Executive Vice President & CFO

Mr. Campion joined Pentadyne in 2008.  Mr. Campion’s background entails accomplishment in all forms of debt and equity financing, including multiple IPOs, venture capital, bank financing and structured debt instruments. He has practical, hands-on experience with SEC reporting requirements, investor/analyst relations, legal affairs, business development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic negotiations, tax planning and international business.

Prior to joining Pentadyne, Mr. Campion was CFO of Silicon Valley based PolyFuel Inc., a world leader in the development of engineered membranes for fuel cells. Under his direction, PolyFuel was one of the first U.S. companies to consider and successfully execute an initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market in 2005. Since that time, more than 50 U.S. companies have followed suit. 

Mr. Campion is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley’s School of Business Administration and completed the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration’s Advanced Executive Management Program.
